In her demonstration, Elaine will first emphasize the free application and natural flow of the watercolor paint.  In the next portion of the demo she will concentrate on creating an organized composition, and finally, she will refine recognizable imagery, using other watermedia materials as needed.  The goal: to create a resolved and appealing painting, both abstract and real, both planned and spontaneous.
