Learn how to create your own one-of-a-kind designs with beautiful pattern bars.
In the first class, we will discuss various design possibilities with cutting and arranging colors. After completing their designed bars, students will also learn about firing schedules and how to set-up their glass by damming in the kiln.
In the second class, students will slice their bars with a wet saw and learn how to incorporate these into their own plate design, which will then be fired again.
We will then slump your creation over a curved mold.
All materials and tools will be supplied.
