Create a few tiny, hand painted quilts of your own design using simple materials.

 

Bring home a beautiful rectangle scarf or a square wall hanging, plus a small square art experiment. No experience in art is needed for this fun workshop.

Join us for a  very fun and productive class where not only will we learn a fabulous Dry Powder Dyeing technique and dye your own wool but will create Two Fabulous hand felted scarves just in time for Mother's day.

This special workshop intensive will combine felt-making, resist dyeing and bookmaking.

Learn the process of design and production of a small original quilt and the joys of hand stitching.

Students will learn image transfer, free motion stitching your original design, and combining paper with cloth to create your own totally unique art quilt.
