Decorate a Paper Lantern

Decorate a Paper Lantern with your own painted papers and learn a new technique of collage. Design your image and paint the paper to be collaged onto the lantern, next comes the process of applying the papers. The lantern will have a decorated surface that glows and reveals all the layers applied when a light inside is on.

What students are required to bring to class:

 2 #12 or #14 watercolor brushes, 1/2 " flat acrylic brush, 2 water containers, transparent watercolors and palette, watercolor pencils

Please note there is a $20 materials fee due to Vicky at the time of class.
