About the event

Come learn how to use the Freeze & Fuse technique to make specialty glass items that are perfect or use as embellishments on your glass projects or as keepsake items. We will also be going over how to make custom silicone molds to use in this process. WHAT TO BRING & IMPORTANT NOTES:
Students MUST bring N95 dust mask to class. Students may bring their own silicone molds. Most appropriate molds are fondant or cake molds easily found on Amazon. Avoid molds that are made for epoxy casting or are made of anything other than silicone. Not all molds are suitable to use. We will go over considerations in class. Also, students may bring small items to make their own mold from. The best items are non porous, shallow 1/2" or less and not more than 1.5" in diameter. Not all items are suitable to make a mold of.
