Introduction to Clay (Click "Register" to See 2026 Session Dates)

Completely new to ceramics? This is the class for you! Join Instructor Corinna Laird as she will introduce you to the wonderful world of all things clay. Explore handbuilding, learn to use a pottery wheel (AKA "throwing") and discuss glazing techniques. Perfect for those just beginning their clay journey, or students who may need a refresh! Corinna creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and you'll be throwing and sculpting in no time! 

Classes are offered in sets of two back-to-back 4-week sessions (with a one-week break before the next set begins). When a set is released, you may register for one 4-week session or choose the discounted 8-week option that includes both sessions in that set.

How registration works: Each 4-week session has its own registration cut-off. Please register by the cut-off to secure your seat. Sessions without sufficient enrollment may be canceled, and space cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.
