About the event
Join Instructor Maggie Skidmore for this 4-week Thursday afternoon session and sling some mud! You’ll have the opportunity to "throw" clay on a potter’s wheel to make vessels like bowls, cups, or pots. Maggie will teach coiling, pinch pots, slab construction, as well as glazing your art to prepare it for being fired in a kiln. Maggie will provide project ideas, but you’ll have the freedom to create your own art. This class is very popular so hurry and sign up to secure your place. All materials included!
Parents, please plan on picking up your Mudslingers' art within two weeks of completion of the class. Due to space limitations, we are not able to keep artwork past that time.
