About the event
Open Studio is extra studio time for currently enrolled ceramics students. It’s a chance to continue your projects, explore new ideas, and get more hands-on time at the wheel or workbench.
Our FSA instructor Maggie Skidmore will be on hand to offer guidance and answer questions, but no formal instruction is provided during these sessions. Open Studio is offered on multiple days each week, with the option to attend as a Drop In for a single session (please note dates).
Open Studio Guidelines
While Open Studio gives currently enrolled ceramics students extra time to work, please note that it does not increase the number of pieces that can be made.
Each student may create up to 6 average-sized pieces per six-week session. Extra pieces may incur firing fees (ask your instructor for guidance).
