About the event

This workshop will focus on contemporary watermedia fundamental approaches to painting the figure with an altered look. Drawing and markmaking will be incorporated with experimental painting techniques. Commit to freedom and spontaneity with paint. No expectations are forecast here, all of these techniques are a process to gain skills. Pigment characteristics, color theory, composition, and design will also be covered with demos, critiques and individual instruction.
$10.00 special supplies fee due in class. Supplies will include Tombow dark brown dual tip water- soluble pen, ink and gouache, acrylics and gold acrylic.
