Morgan earned a BA in Professional Writing and Rhetoric from Baylor University where she studied fiction prose, creative nonfiction, technical and multimedia writing, and rhetoric. During this time, she served as the Poetry Editor for The Phoenix Literary Magazine.  Morgan also earned an MSW focusing on Community and Administrative Practice from the University of Texas at Arlington.


Writing has always been a creative outlet for Morgan with her favorite genres being literary fiction, creative nonfiction, and thrillers. If given the time, Morgan can probably talk your ear off about books she thinks are literary masterpieces or the importance of an Oxford comma.
