Monday PM: Bishop

Join us for all things clay!  This four-week course is ideal for beginners as well as those with experience - all levels are welcome. Students can work independently, or Instructor Adam Bishop can suggest skill-building projects to help you achieve success in the studio.  This class will explore both functional as well as artistic creativity in working with clay, glaze and fire. You have the opportunity to work on the potter's wheel, learn handbuilding techniques and sculpture. Important Information: Clay not included—must be purchased onsite (several varieties available, starting at $20 per 25-lb bag) • Up to 5 average-size pieces (about 1 cubic foot) fired per 4-week session; additional pieces may incur firing fees • We do not accept outside clay, glaze, or premade ceramic work • No prorated days, substitutions, or make-up classes.
